Offer

When the property has finished advertising, a shortlist is produced for each property.

Once you have been matched to a property, you will not be able to bid for any others!

The landlord of the property is responsible for making offers on the property, usually to the person who is at the top of the list.  The successful applicant will have their circumstances checked to make sure that they are still the same before an offer is made to them.  A landlord may decide to overlook a person who is at the top of a list if they have a good reason to do so, for example, if someone has rent arrears.

If you are offered the property, you will be invited to view it before deciding if you want to take it.  Some landlords may arrange viewings for more than one person.  If you refuse the property, it will be offered to the next suitable person on the list.

If you are in Band 1, 2 or 3, we may remove your priority if you refuse an offer of a property that would meet your needs
