Yes, you can still submit a housing application on the website, but there may be a delay in processing due to a reduction in the number of staff working on these. We wil contact you via email or telephone to let you know what to do next.

What do the stay-at-home measures mean for the allocation of social housing?
To help reduce the spread of the infection, the government is recommending that as far as possible, people should delay moving to a new home while emergency measures are in place to fight the coronavirus.

I am at suffering from Domestic Abuse, what can I do?
If you, or someone you know, is in immediate danger, call 999 and ask for the Police. If when calling the police you are unable to talk to the operator at the time of the call there is a system called Silent Solutions – after dialling 999, when prompted by the operator if you press 55 the system can detect this and your call can be responded to.

What happens to properties that have alreay been advertised or are bing advertised?
Although there may be properties advertised on the site, it is likely that properties wil not be able to view until it has been deemed safe to do so. Properties may also be withdrawn from the site to accommodate those in need of emergency accommodation as detailed above.
