Partner Organisations

The Compass scheme has been developed in partnership with the 5 local authorities in theTees Valley and their respective partner landlords listed below.

The organisations listed under the column 'Partner Landlords' deliver the scheme on behalf of their respective local authorities.  For example, if you live in Middlesbrough, you will need to contact Erimus Housing for information about the scheme or if you live in Stockton, you will need to contact Tristar Homes and so on.

If you live in Darlington, you will need to contact Darlington Borough Council for information and advice about the scheme.
